SMS Terms
These terms cover the fourNventures, Ltd. text line (877) 265-2010 ("4N Assistant"). The line sends internal operational messages (property and partnership updates, reminders and alerts) only to the family partners of fourNventures, Ltd. who have opted in. No tenants, customers or members of the public receive these messages, there is no marketing, and phone numbers are never purchased or imported.
How to opt in
A partner opts in in one of two ways:
- In writing: by filling in the written consent form below, ticking the consent checkbox (it is not pre-selected) and signing it, then returning it to tim.n@fournventures.com.
- By text: by texting START to (877) 265-2010 from their own mobile phone.
Consent statement: "I agree to receive operational text messages (updates, reminders and alerts) from fourNventures, Ltd. at the mobile number I provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Confirmation message sent after opt-in: "4N Assistant: You're subscribed to partner updates from fourNventures, Ltd. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email tim.n@fournventures.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
